COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hearty additions of Cascade hops to this copper ale give this dry hopped American IPA a pleasant bitterness and plenty of hop aroma

Golden amber color ... clean hop aromas minimal head but good lacing of what was left after the pour. Surprisingly malty for an IPA - almost sweet with a hop backbone. Not much carbonation and a slightly bitter lingering finish ... ok ... but not overly impressive.

Bottle Systembolaget. Pours copper witha large fluffy and partly dense long lasting off white head with nice lacings. Orange, grapefuit and pine in aroma. Lightly sweet with a great piny bitterness in flavor.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Dark orange beer, white head. Piney and citric fruity hoppy aroma. Taste is quite bitter and fruity. Nicely balanced. Medium/full bodied. Tasty American Pale Ale, though not a very personal one.

On tap at the Cumberland brewpub. Orange amber, mildly hazy, with a medium off white head that laces the glass a bit. Aroma of citrus, resinous hops, pine and sweet malt. Taste of pine, citrus, sticky resinous hops, grapefruit and caramel. Balanced and sticky with a mild bitter finish that has a touch of alcohol warming to it. Pretty tasty.

Draft sample at Keg Liquors Fest of Ale . Poured hazy copper color with an average frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy earthy sour citrus aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy bittersweet flavor with a medium to heavy bittersweet finish of moderate to long duration. This is another standout for this house.
