On tap (nitro) at the Cumberland Brewpub. Light yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of roasted malts bordering on being burnt, noble hops and not too much else. Body is smooth and creamy and there’s not a whole lot to this one. Some toasted pale malts, mild corn and a slight metallic flavor. I think this one was listed as Pilsener, but I can’t read my darned notes.

I guessed on the style here, I can only assume they were aiming at a Belgian Blonde ale. This beer is named after Louisville’s affaimed local outdoors business, Quest Outdoors. Cumberland is serving it on a nitro tap. Pours a hazy straw yellow with a decently last creamy white nitro head. This beer literally smells and tastes like nothing. It is very easy going and perhaps the most drinkable beer ever made. The only impressive thing about this beer is how it has ANY alcohol, and yet tastes like nothing. It tastes like a nitro pale lager without the corn and rice. The low score is not because it is bad, but just because it completely lacks character. Nice session beer for a hot day though I guess.
