Cask; Regular.
Previously badged as Loweswater Melbreak.
This original bitter from the Loweswater Brewery has won many awards including the 2009 Doncaster Beer Festival. Wonderful session bitter at 3.7%.
Using Maris Otter malt and a generous helping of Crystal malt this is a classic bitter with good body.
Hops are Challenger and Progress.

Cask (@ Tha Alexander, Kendal): Light amber coloured, small lacy off-white head; distinctive malty and hayish-hoppy nose; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, pretty light bodied; delicate malty and hoppy finish. Fine Ale, only a bit thin.....

Cask in the brewpub. Aroma is nutty, malty hints of almonds. Taste is really nutty chestnet and malty alround.
