COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Available in 330ml bottles (not bottle conditioned).
Brewed in England with precision and passion to create a uniquely satisfying, drier, cleaner, fresher, lager beer. We use East Anglian malt, Saaz and Cascade hops, then re-ferment using Champagne yeast before adding a "dosage" of the rare and fragrant Nelson Sauvin hop, before cold filtering this unpasturised beer into bottle.

On tap. Decent hazy gold pour, with minimal head. Light, fruity, mild hops, a touch of bitterness. Went nicely with a meal and quite drinkable overall. Nothing exceptional, but can’t complain really.

SlackerMads (1441) - Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 19, 2014
Bottle, best before October 2015. Clear yellow with a medium sized diminishing white head. Sulphur, grain, citrus, light herbal and flowery. Light/medium body, oily texture, soft/medium carbonation, light/medium sweet and bitter. Ok crisp and easy drinking, aroma is a bit shy and unconvincing.

0.33l bottle from the local shop. Pours pale golden with thin white head. Aromas of yeast, malt, some citrus and white wine. Decent for a lager. But it falls through on the palate, too thin and watery. Almost no finish, just some very light fruitiness, and a tad acidic.

03-JUL-2014, draft @Union Jacks (Jamie Oliver) in Covent Garden. Golden with low off-white head. Hoppy aroma with a touch of minerals. Much more so in the taste. Straw, citrus. Sweet and bitter. Interesting lager.

Snegurochka (385) - Tromsø, NORWAY - JUL 6, 2014
330ml bottle purchased at Spar Tomasjord, Tromsø. Pours a clear golden body, with a big head that rapidly diminishes into a filmy layer and leaves some lacing. Aroma of grapes, straw, sweet yeast and fresh hops. Very pleasant and smooth, grapes, hints of lemon and vanilla. Dry sweet finish. Very nice and refreshing drink on a warm evening under the midnight sun! (06.07.14)

Bottled. A golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of lemons, hops, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and hops, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle. A dark golden coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Floral, fruity aroma. Tastes fruity, floral, champagne like, slightly sweet. I had 5 bottles of this at a friends house and it wasn’t bad at all, surprisingly drinkable actually.

Cimbasso (28) - - MAY 5, 2014
A not-particularly-curious lager. Light golden colour with a white head that disappeared very quickly. Rather flat. The aroma is a little malty. The taste has a fruity malt flavour with a hint of pineapple. Not really enough bitterness from the hops to balance the sweetness of the malt. The aftertaste is a little metallic. Not much complexity here and not very memorable.

On draught at Rutland and Derby Arms, Leicester. Nice pale amber colour. Floral aroma. Taste is like a normal lager but with a little extra hops. Not loads but a bit. Crisp and drinkable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
