COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Available in Keg & 330ml bottles.
This balanced but powerfully hoppy India Pale Ale is brewed using the finest pale ale malt and three complimentary hops. We use Goldings - the traditional, fresh, sweet, delicate king of English hops. Then we add Bramling Cross, a spicy blackcurranty beauty and finish with a touch of extremely clean fresh Citra hop, for quenching zestines. We think that in balancing these 3 exciting hops we have created a beer of great power yet drinkable harmony.

330ml brown bottle. Medium golden pour, faint haze. Fat white cap, nice retention and lace rings. Nose has orangey citrus. Taste has grains, bread, some fruitiness, marmalade. Finishes with sweetish orange peel hops and medium fruity notes. Medium body, mild carbonation, lightish palate, drinkable.

UPDATED: DEC 11, 2014 Lovely pint from tap. A golden crispness comes from the blend of hops to produce a jolly tasty IPA. Same again barkeep...

Keg at The White Horse, Leamington Spa, Warks. Gold to amber with white head. Served very cold. Overly sweet beer but very thin on the palate. There is a damp cardboard character from carbonation. I didn’t get much from the hops unfortunately. Pretty dull.

Bottle. Clear golden body with a thick off-white head. Lively carbonation. Light lacing. Aroma of boozy orange, dusty pineapple and strawberry syrup. Flavour of marmalade, earth and berries. Medium body with a watery, slightly boozy texture. An earthy, hoppy Pale Ale. A bit too sweet.

Decent clean IPA flavours, fair amount of hops, moderate malt, some honeyed sweetness. Light earthy notes. Doesn’t stand out from the crowd but decent enough.

Bottle @ Wannsinchen / MiP bliver gammel. Pours slightly hazy darkish amber with small white head. Clear aroma of hops, with notes of citrus and malt and fruity touches. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with notes of roast and caramel malt and fruity touches. Bitter aftertaste with citric and fruity hints. Okay.

Bottle, 5.6%. Mild farty aroma, perhaps malty. Small frothy white head. The flavour is malty with a caramelly and papery hop note. Citric finish with a good, slightly rough bitterness.
