COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Available in 330ml bottles (bottle conditioned)
Previously known as Curious Brew Admiral Porter, from which the current version differs only by the inclusion of a small amoiunt of Goldings hops together with the Admiral.
This Porter has been brewed using crystal, chocolate, black and amber malts from floor malted Sussex barley. The bittering hop is Sussex grown Admiral with a small amount of Golding late hops. Matured with oak to give a delicate balance of sweetness and bitterness, this beer is bottle conditioned and unpasturised to preserve the extraordinary flavours. Contains barley malts.

edsspoon (624) - Nottinghamshire, ENGLAND - SEP 27, 2014
Bottle - pours deep red with a fizzy brown head that fairly quickly fizzles away to nothing. Aroma of liquorice, coffee, roast malt and cocoa with some hints of banana and vanilla. Taste of smooth coffee with roast malt and a light, earthy bitter finish. Silky smooth body with high carbonation. The bottle made it sound like this was going to be great! But then it was just okay, so that was disappointing.
