Driven by wanderlust and a desire for discovery, the Curious Traveler™ set out to explore the globe. Always fearlessly inquisitive, he relished opportunities to befriend other travelers and to experience cultures he had only previously imagined. He sampled their wares, their foods and most importantly their libations. Some were good. Some not so good. Others were downright dangerous. Many years into his travels, his pace slowed on a particularly sweltering day. He sought refuge in a small pub to escape the oppressive heat. Before he could even finish wiping his brow, the bartender handed him a glistening glass of ale. The Traveler took a liking to the invigorating lemon shandy concoction. “Quite a refresher!” he said gratefully. The Traveler has never stopped exploring – in fact, he’s on the road this very day. Somewhere. Only one thing has changed: he now makes sure he orders a shandy everywhere he goes.

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a medium sized head of foamy with a frothy top white colored bubbles that were mostly diminishing and left behind a no visible carbonation hazy weak yellow orange colored body and a fair lacing. The mild aroma was cardboard and licorice. The crisp mouth feel was tingly at the start with a mediumly tingly finish with a lingering fruity aftertaste. The horrible flavor contained notes of cardboard licorice and fruity. Not one that I would likely drink again.

Wow so this is some serious hipster bullshit huh? old fashioned glasses and art, handlebar mustache, the whole thing except for somebody riding a pennyfarthing. Lemony nose and flavor, and somewhat briny which is odd but somehow quite welcome. Wheatish flavors at the finish along with a lingering faint country-time style fake lemonade aftertaste. I would say its complete crap but for that briny mineral type component which adds both a complexity and a counterpoint to the "lemony wheat beer" base. Quite hazy pale yellow, not much head.

Hazy yellow pour with a white head. Aroma of lemon candy. Flavor is like a sweet lemon soda. Pretty one dimensional and straight forward. It is what it is. Not terrible but not great either.

On tap at Dan's. The pour is strange. It's a pale yellowish straw color with not much opacity and a thin ring of fizzy white head. The aroma is lemonade, mixed with a thin, thin wheat beer. There is a little malt and a touch of yeast. The flavor is a nice lemonade phase that seems to roll through an adjunct mixture of wheat beer and dish water. The mouth feel is really thin and sweet with an aftertaste that is not lingering at all, and se what sweet with a not so great lemon flavor. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

It poured a hazy straw color with a white head. The aroma was of citrus and malts that was light-bodied and very carbonated. The taste was of lemons, grain and some ginger. The finish was sweet with a fruity aftertaste.

Ok. Taste like sugary lemonade mixed with bud lite. Good nose and ok consistency on the palate. Great to drink fast in the sun.

This is what it is. Not as sweet as some other popular shandies on the market. Enjoyed it for what it was, as a beer though, not my fav.

Standard US longneck, bad label. Murky, applesauce looking beer with a thin head. Bright, sweet, lemondrop aroma. Mouthfeel is a bit limp, finish is nearly instantaneous. Not bitter at all, biscuity sweetness, lemon zest tang. Refreshing, without major flaws except overall boredome. ABC Liquors, Bull Run.
