I really enjoyed this treat that my wife brought back from Peru. It is refreshing and simple, perfect for the tropical heat of Panama. Less complexy and esery than true German hefes, but light, and grassy and truly refreshing. Not cloying, not full, I drank the whole 660 ml before the bottle got cold in near 90 degree tropical heat. Perhaps made for a mass market, but quite drinkable. I wish that I had more.

Bottle I pir5chased in Cusco, April 2016. Light haze to this beer. Very light aroma and flavor, a little wheat. Very light.

Bottle. Pours a hazy amber gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of stale wheat with a bit of sweetness and some underlying bread notes. Flavor is similar with sweet stale wheat with some underlying earthy grain

Bottle thanks to JK. Hazy deep gold pour with a small head. Nose is of banana and honey. Some cardboard and knackered grain. Similar flavor. Cardboard, sugar, and some banana. A bit soupy. Moderate carbonation. Not great.

33cl bottle pours a clear dark gold/orange with some ringing, white head. Nose is a touch trashy, cheap orange juice, some esters, clove, banana, wheat chaff. Not overly pleasant. Flavor is chewy with straw and wheat, yeast, mild spice, some chewed bubblegum. Messy on the finish. Not real good.

It is an average beer, something different than the boring lager. There is a nice yellow-orange troubled color. The carbonation is average for such kind of beers. There is the wheat, giving a taste of banana, watery and a bit metalic but it is ok. It is important, in my point of view to drink this beer cold. I drank this beer in Collique-Lima.

500 ml bottle - Pale orange appearance with strong tastes of orange peel. Very strong wheat beer, easily as good as Blue Moon.

Pours a cloudy golden yellow from the bottle with fluffy white head that leaves moderate lace. Aroma and taste of wheat malts, bready sweetness, and a hint of weisse esters. Not the most exciting, but not terrible, that being said I would not seek this out again.

Dorado con matices ambar, ligero chill haze, buena espuma y adherencia. Lúpulo especiado-floral moderado bajo, malta trigo bajo. En boca malta trigo bajo, lúpulo especiado-floral bajo. Final fresco y corto, cuerpo bajo, buena carbonatación. Cerveza fuera de estilo pero refrescante.

Uma cerveja saborosa, mas não chega a ser uma típica cerveja de trigo, não traz as características de uma cerveja de trigo, porém é bem saborosa e vale tomar novamente. Beto trouxe do Peru. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
