Mocha type smell but also sorta the typical "warm beer smell" even though I wasn’t drinking it warm. Taste is very smooth but too sweet. It tastes fine if you like sweet stuff though. Goes down as smooth as it tastes. Different - Not bad

Pours black with low beige head. Aroma is of sugar. Taste is of sweetness, malt, very sligth hints of roastiness, fruits. Palate: Ligth-medium body. Very poor balance: way too sweet. Overall: A bad, weird one. Not good at all. I would’nt drink a full 330ml. All that sugar is really too much.

2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
a beige head that disappears into nothing, opaque brown. smell is dark roast, sweet brown bread, intense maltiness, toffee. taste is very sweet, dark caramel, some burnt grains, but not coffee, brown bread. slightly spicy, like gingerbread. it’s slick, medium bodied. ha, it’s the sweetest beer ive had in a long, long time, bitterness must be about 15 IBU with a very high FG. it’s a great price and a unique beer, but could never choke down more than one because of the fairly cloying sweetness. try it once

Bottle, thanks Diamond Warriors! Roasted and smoked light metallic aroma. Black, cappucino cream. Caramel, light worty base, roast, smoke, coffee, just enough hop balance. Medium body, mellow mouthfeel. A bit on the nourishing sweet side, but overall quite enjoyable.

Ésta cerveza no es mala, para nada. Lo único que me molestó es que se vuelve demasiado empalagosa con seguir tomándola. Talvez quieran escoger otra.

Was excited to try a "dark beer" in Peru, but disappointed in the flavor. Some malt but muted. No hops. Pours dark, but not that flavorful.

Bottle @ a Peruvian restaurant. Pours dark brown with minimal head. Malt caramel aroma, sweet malt flavour. One-dimensional but a decent enough beer for a meal.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
300 ml bottle via Lubiere (merci!), served almost cold in a tulip glass.
App.: Deep brown-black with a fragile, tan head.
Aroma: Quite sweet, a bit smoky, cedar?, sorta meaty-savoury, a bit of brown sugar, odd.
Palate: Medium body, sparse, slick effervescence.
Flav.: A good deal of meat smoke, lightly mashy, quite sweet, a little bread crust, some brown sugar notes, still odd; cloyingly sweet with minimal bitterness and a strangely malty finish.

··33 cl bottle poured into a Tulip glass (DinckelAcker glass)
App: black colour with brown head (1 finger) that dissapears quickly
Aroma: caramel, chocolate, coffee, roasty,
Taste: high sweetnes with roasty chocolate and cola notes, not bitterness at all
Palate: light body , medium carbonation
Overall: absence of bitterness drives to an unbalanced beer . Disgusting result.

Clear dark brown beer, small and short lived tan head. Pleasant dark malt nose. Smooth palate with a carbonated sting in the tail. Smooth and very sweet dark malt. Some malt cream as well but this is all about the sweet malt. Okay but a third of a glass was more than enough.
