Hand pulled at the Wellington, Birmingham. Golden coloured, with a bit of fluff atop. Nice aroma, with a promise of Pacific hops. Soft mouthfeel, and slightly muted flavours. Definitely citric, with a breath of pine hop, but not defnied or insiistent enough. I’d say this was pretty close to an APA for sure, and although it’s a little lethargic, I liked it.

Cask@Reading BF. Some aromatic lightly flowery hops in the nose. Quite grainy and dry, with a citric finish, quite OK, but nothing really stands out, a nice session swiller.

Pale gold colour. Leafy, grassy aroma. From the name, I presume there are US hops in here, but I couldn’t pick up too much in the way of floral aromatics. The palate is clean, crisp and dry. Some zesty citric notes in the flavour. The hop presence isn’t huge and perhaps it could do with a bit more bitterness but this is a decent thirst quencher. A good early effort from a new brewery.
