Poured from bottle under the name FingerLakes Summer Wheat Hefeweizen. Pours cloudy with an inch of foam. Aroma smells of burnt hair like it just got a perm. Taste is sour and metallic. Finishes bitter. Drainpour!

Bomber. I enjoyed this while watching the Cowboys dismantle the Eagles yet again. This pour had a slight orange tinge to is and no real head to speak of. Wheat lemon and some spices in the aroma and flavor.

(bottle - 22 oz) Lightly hazy gold color with a very thin white head. Aroma is lightly sour with hints of wheat and some mild spice. Overly sour and tangy flavor. All I tasted was sour and rancid wheat. Not even sour in the good way. Awful.

Was intrigued by this cause my brother-in-law mentioned he had a growler of this that he thought he hung onto too long. Tried it, had a foul taste, HE THREW IT DOWN THE DRAIN! Wen to the brewery, tried a sample, said ’yup, same foul taste’ and flushed it. Well I found this to be a classic hefe. Nice bananas, cloves and bubble gum aroma. A bit hazy, a light orange, no head. Palate is bananas, wheat. Nice, not spectacular.

Pours cloudy yellow, with minimal white hea. Aroma has wheat, yeast and alcohol. Taste is complex and rich, its certainly wheat and leads to a sourness, there is a little diesel fuel in there. Its drying, the tartness works. Way below average mouthfeel for a hefe. Still drinkable.

Bottle. Pours unclear golden orange with a too thin white head. Fruity and wheaty aroma with banana and and light spices. The flavor has more of a lemony citric side, which lends a pretty refreshing tart quality, as well as lighter notes of banana, spice, and wheat. Decent.

Bomber. Hazy, orange tinged. Epic fail on the head. Soft touch on the carbonation, but not too light bodied. Wheaty twang, some lemon and spice. Fairly refreshing, but not up to par with the proper German ones.

Growler. Pours a somewhat cloudy orange. Lighter aromas of banana, clove & bubble gum. Body was a tad light but overall flavor was pretty good. Better than I expected
