bottle shared by matt. nice caramel malts under a barnyard funk and wispy yeast notes, some banana and spice esters and a touch of sulfur. A bit too sweet for a saison.

bottle... bright gold with a bit of orange, light toppe head, good retention and lacing... musky floral oranges, oak and a brett finish, this is solid... as good as the aroma was, how does this taste so pedestrian? the complexity and balance are out the window and this becomes a sweet bomb, not that it tastes bad its just boring... ok beginners saison

22 oz bottle. Pours a somewhat hazy gold, some nice sediment in it at the bottom. Lots of islands. Tons of honey and lemon in the taste and smell. Goes down really easy.

His the style but not all that tasty. Very farmyard aroma. Big white bubly head on light golden body. Above average mouthfeel, very dry and drrying.Grassy hops, above average carbonation as well. Drinakble on a hot day but far from the best saison.

Über cloudy golden orange. Decent head, okay lacing. Very nice color. Aroma of pollen, apple and banana. Belgian yeast is an accent; mostly sweet. Apples and some yeast and orange peel flavor. Touch of sugary honey. Dry feel with a white wine tinge. Like a dry, Belgianish hefeweizen; dryly sweet, summery and good.

Bomber replete with etched label and gold foil. Translucent orange-gold body with a good head. It’s flavorful, spices, flowers and fruit, but the long aftertaste reminds me of cheese. Not as light on its feet as I’d have liked, but better than hoped from CB in this style.

Bottle. Pours golden orange with an off white head. Flowery aroma with some coariander and sweet citric notes. The flavor has floral and light lemony notes, some yeast, light sweetness, and some light fruity hoppy notes. Not bad.

Hazy dark orange, small creamy white head, aroma is herbal in a great way with spearmint and vanilla that replays in taste. Flavors also dry hop and sarsaparilla, good stuff, but a little like soda pop.

Growler fill at brewery - Representative example of style. Coriander and lemon peel without like drinking Lemon Pledge. The dry hopped back was nice.
