Growler from the brewery. The aroma is very faint. I had to swirl the glass and cup my hands over the mouth to pick up faint malt and citrus aromas. The color is a cloudy deep cooper with a thin ivory head. The flavor is spicy with a resinous hop bitterness and rye notes. The mouthfeel is smooth but a bit thin. The finish is bitter with a lingering aftertaste.

Draft @ Brewhaven. Light caramel malt aroma. Hazy amber with a moderate off-white head. Fruity caramel malt and astringent flavor. Light body, soft carbonation. I didnt get any real rye or IPA character from this one, it was just rather bland.

Draft: Clear brown with a small beige head. Rye...caramel malt aroma. Citrusy, spiced rye, caramel malt taste. Surprisingly mild. Pretty good.

Draft. Light berry and caramel rye malt aroma. Amber with moderate head. Lightly sweet cherry and rye malt flavor. Very light body. Nothing bad but extremely light, especially for a DIPA.

Draft to taster. Looks solid; malty though. A fairly transparent orangish brown with foamy off-white head that slowly dissipates into sticky lacing. Smells malty with notes of rye spic and mild hops. Tastes like it smells with a nice, smooth mouthfeel. Good, but could definitely use more hops.
