The aroma is sweet and very spicy - especially coriander coming thru, but also with fruity notes of oranges. The flavor is sweet matly with notes of fruit and spices, the fruits primarily being oranges and peaches. The finish is dry spicy and fruity. Pours clear and pale yellow with a huge, creamy off-white head. Yeasty and mild brett-ish. Dry wooden and brettish flavour. Yeasty and mild fruity into the finish yet persisting dry. oh6gdx (6331), Vaasa, Finland Oct 28, 2006 Bottled. Hazy orange colour, huge white bubbly head. Aroma is fruits, yeast, caramel and some bread. Flavour is fruits, toffee, sour apple and a bit hops. Aftertaste is caramel mixed with yeast and fruits.
