oh6gdx (6331), Vaasa, Finland Sep 27, 2008 Bottled (BBE in 2006...). Coppery colour with mediumsized off-white head. Nice lace. Aroma is caramel malts, some slight yeast and quite sweet. Flavour is sweet fruits, mild spices, caramel malts and also quite much yeast. Quite sweet, but has aged quite well. Mild notes of alcohol as it warms up. fiulijn (5880), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy Aug 9, 2007 The bottle (from Delirium Café) seems quite old. Hazy amber color; creamy head. Aroma of malt, oxidized. Round mouthfeel; it really seems that the beer is not recent, but the ageing had some positive effect; malty flavor, with a good bitterness level, and traces of ripe apple. Very pleasant. Rastacouere (5343), Montréal, Quebec, Canada Oct 1, 2006 Hazy light amber body is covered by a light white foam. Light caramel malts come out figs-like mostly, but also pairing with the obvious yeastiness to offer well fruited hints of pineapple, orange, mango, white grapes.. rather exotic blend. Kinda powdery in texture, medium bodied and well carbonated. Its palate feels quite juicy thanks to its fruity nature, but the yeast’s breadiness feels mostly stale and sweet. TBone (5114), Pori, Finland Jan 4, 2005 Bottled 25cl (BB 09/2005)
Hazy copper orange with tanned decent head. Lively carbonation. Fresh aroma of fruits and hops and maybe a hint of alcohol. Medium-bodied, portwineous palate. Flavour is herbal hoppy leaving hoppy bitter aftertaste. Hides ABV well. Bov (4646), Bienne, Switzerland Dec 28, 2000 amber colour, big head, nut & spicy aroma, spicy & bitter flavor
