Jul 15, 2008 Bouteille de 250 ml, bu à La Palette à Toronto, le 13/7/08. Blonde brumeuse avec beaucoup de flocons de lèvures, mince collet. Arome de malte caramelisé, un peu épicé et riche. Goût d’épice caramelisé, bien malté et un peu alcoolisé dans la bouche.

Jul 6, 2008 It pours a hazy golden beer. Strong notes of artichoke, tobacco and caramel accompanied by an earthy component. Sweet malty taste. Notes of caramel and marshmallows. Artichoke showing up. Medium bodied. Quite a bite to this beer. Buttery hoppy finish.
