Tasting notes: Poured with a fairly large white head that eventually dissapeared completely leaving the cloudy orange colored beer headless. The aroma smells like a dusty basement. The flavor is quite the same, sour at first that eventually proceeds to a dry funky flavour, some lemon. In my opinion the lambic dominates both the flavour and pushes the specific flemish sour ale to the background. Not quite what I would have expected.
Conclusion: A blend that represents more the flavourprofile of an old lambic then a flemish sour ale.

Bottle. Sour lemon peel and vinegar aroma. Hazy yellow-amber color with minimal head. Sweet up front with dry/lightly bitter hay finish. Nice body - excellent.

"Extremely pleased with the overall quality of this sour ale. From the first scent I knew I was about to be a really happy man. Pours a thick dark golden color with a collapsing, bubbly head and some spotty lacing. Tart and fruity aroma that opens up the senses. I gathered a fair amount of peach and apricot intertwined with a musty yeast scent. Filling and the sourness demands that you take quick sips to fully enjoy what’s offered. A mouth puckering beer that made me continually crave it’s delicateness. Sour and tart fruits along with a yeasty doughy malt flavor. A touch of spice and mustiness. One of the best sours I’ve had to date."

beautiful shiny golden amber color, smell is sour and slightly salty, like brine. Flavor is sweet but very smooth- hardly sour. Nice fizzy sting in the palate. Very drinkable. I could actually see myself going into a brewpub after working the fields in Belgium and ordering a few glasses of this. Bottle from Knightly Spirits, Orlando.

Bottled. Pours out in a shady orange colour with a small bubbly white head. Horse-blanket, stable, blonde grapefruit red grapes and wood in the aroma. Medium-bodied with acidic notes of lemon, brett, mild grapefruit and mild white pepper. Solid mouthfeel. Brett, grapefruit-peels and mild pepper in the finish. Not complex but tasty.

Appearance is orange with white head. Aroma of citrus and funk. Flavor is sour and sweet with hints of flowers and fruit. Overall a tasty beer thats not to extreme in its sourness.
