Bello il colore, giallo oro carico, con una schiuma bianca e abbastanza persistente. Gli aromi sembrano quelli tipici di un lambic. All’assaggio invece risulta ben più "morbida". Nel finale lascia un piacevolissimo amaro. Ottima.

This is one of the finest beers I’ve tasted. A bit of a mild sour due to the sweetening from the lambic (amazing how a lambic can sweeten, but it seems to in this). Pours beautifully with little head. Balanced and bitter. Great great beer.

750 ml. Opaque orange-copper with a lasting film of foam. Aroma of sour apple, sour grape, lemon, earthy caramel, woody pith and white wine. Flavor is tart grape, musk, apple, apple pith, light vinegar, lemon and a hint of caramel. Light-medium body is watery, dry and has low-medium carbonation.

750ml courtesy of tytoanderso, Thanks Ty! . Pours clear medium gold with 2 finger off-white head. Nose is sour malt, gueuzy citrus fruit, funk, earthy root cellar notes. Tastes tart, citric, with some funk matched by earthy notes. Stays tart, with a medium slightly prickly mouthfeel.

Flaske: Orange klar øl med et lille skumhoved. Dejlig let sur duft hvor der kan anes lidt hindbær og en smule fadlagring fra lambic. Smagen er igen let sur men på ingen måde overdreven. Der kan anes hindbær og en smule vanilie. Super øl.

Pours a hazy copper colour with a foamy white head. Aroma of sour fruits, apricot and some spices. Flavour of sour fruits especially grapefruit, dry hops, caramel and hay. Girardin is definitely present. Full bodied, thick mouthfeel and a dry, sour and hoppy finish. Nice and sour.

Cloudy orange, thinnish, loose white head. Smells like basement, citrus, balsamic vinegar. Very dry. I get sour, of course, plus oak, some hops, some undefined hops. Very refreshing, very tasty. Plus the bottle with that snazzy wrapping paper, so it’s got that goin’ for it.

Orange with white head. Very sour with citrus. Rather simple with it’s sourness and fruitiness but effective. I like it..
