A 750 ml bottle shared by the bartender at Delirium. Pours a bright copper color with a small white head. Looks like best by 2012. A sweet dry fruity nose, yeast and dried fruit. The flavor is very nice; sweet fruit, dry old yeasty flavors, not very sour, quite fruity. The pour is pretty opaque. Enjoyable.

Pours golden with a thin white head. Has a sour grape smell to it. Not to funky but a little is there. Has a pretty big sour grape taste up front but finishes watery.

UPDATED: AUG 9, 2010 Bottle. Best before 04 2013, so a little early on this one. Pours a slightly opaque golden color with a nice 2 finger withe had that slowly recedes. The aroma is grapes with notes of sour, if you can smell sour ;o) with the addition of lemon. The taste is sour and tart with the funk. Sourness and lemon zest abound. Pretty puckeringly sour. Light/medium mouthfeel. A very good sour beer. The paper wrapping has to add to the taste, right?

bottle bb 07/2012 picked up from jp and shared 5/31/2010 reddish copper pour with a small off white head ... hazy. it smells like white mold, button mushrooms and wet cork mixed with basement damp mustiness and tart orange. the palate is dry... actually, super dry. flavors noted of white mold, wet woody cork, tart cherry, malt, minerals/slate and more damp basement. it is crisp and easy drinking along with a gritty/mineraly texture. 7/4/7/4/16/3.8

Bottle. Poured a clear golden color with a large frothy white head that mostly lasted with fair lacing. Moderate to heavy sour citrus and yeast aroma. Medium to full body with a sticky texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy sour flavor with a medium to heavy sour & sweet finish of moderate to long duration. This is a standout beer for style.

Bottle, 75cl. It’s a clear, golden beer topped by a minimal-sized off-white head. Tartish, citrusy and barnyardish nose with leather and horse-blanket. Citrus, barnyard and leather in the mouth, medium bodied, dry and tart, finishing quite lemony. Overall, really pleasant indeed. 100115
