750 ml bottle to tulip (shared with the Mrs.). EXP: 25/04/18. Looks good; a hazy deep lambic orange with fluffy eggshell head. Smells good too; funky, hoppy, and mildly tart with a nice lambic presence. Tastes like it smells with a pleasant lambic-like mouthfeel. Good stuff!

Bottle @ home 20140626. Very bretty aroma with loads of barnyard and a little cherries, some green apples. Taste is also very bretty with barnyard and earth, cherries. There is also some apple peels, and oaky tannins. Slightly sour, dry and refreshing. Dominated by the brett character, very nice.

750ml paper wrapped green bottle, with a simple label with just typography, poured into a snifter glass. Appearance is opaque orange with a large white head that reduced quickly. Aroma of ripe apples, barnyard and table grapes. Flavours of sour green apples, table grapes and a hint of vinegar and wooden notes. Taste is light sweet, light bitter and heavy sour. Palate is medium bodied, soft texture and lively carbonation. Overall great, nice sourness and flavours.

Hazy, yellow to orange beer with almost no head. Just a tiny, white head on the top. Nose: Sour, vinegar, orange, citrus, grapes, green apples, leather and grass. Taste: Similar to the nose, tart, fruity, hoppy, apples, floral, sour and herbs. Crisp taste, heavy carbonation. Dry, bitter finish. I love this complex, fresh, sour! I’m glad I bought two bottles, one to put in my beercellar for a few years. Can’t wait to open it in 2018 :)

Bottle at bottle share. Thanks Mike! Poured into small snifters. A dark yellow-slight orange in color pour with a small white foamy head that lasted about sixty seconds. Some mild macing and ring. Looked a little like a champagne with the carbonation. Aroma is funky brett, barnyard, leather, fruits (white grapes, apples, pears) and cereal. The taste was nice light color fruits like white grapes, pears, apples. Tart of course. Slight vinegar acidity. Finish was tart and very dry. Light body with heavy carbonation. My tongue was quite tingly. Overall very solid.
