Bottled, large sample. Slight hazy yellow color, medium white head. Aroma is slight tart, some bubblegum, bit fruity like strawberry, hint of horseblanket. Slight sweet, bit sour, bit dry finish. Soft carbonation. Smooth on the palate. Lovely combination of fruity blonde sour with a hint of lambic. Balance is outstanding. Wonderful beer!

Expiration date on the cap says 2018, so clearly this beer should be aged. It has a very sharp, sour and acidic flavor, unlike some of the more mellow oak-aged red/brown sours. Lots of horse blanket & vinegar. Light and crisp, with some lemon and grapefruit.

Pours a hazy golden orange with a thin white head. Aroma of funk, barnyard, citrus, sourness, oak and yeast. Taste is grainy, sour citrus, oak, hoarse blanket, barnyard and all sorts of funk. Easy to drink with a sharp and crisp sour flavor.

Pours hazy yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of funk, sour wheat, oak, musty notes. Taste is slightly sour, funky and vinous. Lighter carbonation than expected but in a good way. Really nice, great price for a Belgian sour.

Big bottle. Pours light amber, off-white head. Nose of sourness, barnyard, wood. Flavour is a well-rounded sourness, with cherry, wood. I like how the ale has rounded out the lambic qualities here and made it slightly thicker. Lovely stuff.

Botella. Parecida a una gueuze pero más dulce. Cuero y cuadra acidez baja acabando dulce y acida

Crazy sour beer. Fruity notes also but it is one of the more sour I've had. Pretty good. Trying to learn to like this style

Bottle poured a rich golden orange color with a thick two finger head that retained the whole glass through. Aroma has yeasty funk, mild acidity, aged hops, and lemon. Very pleasant but not very punchy. Mouth feel is on the lighter side and a lot of the carbonation seems to have fizzled off. Flavor is much more tart than I expected, lemon, yeasty funk, mild barnyard, and herby hops. The 30 percent lambic really shines. Very cool blend that is extremely drinkable with all the yummy lambic flavor.

Rozlany w 2011r, wspaniale piwo, 70% dzikiego sour Ale i 30% lambicka Girardin. Niepasteryzowane i niefiltrowane dzikie i kwasne Ale. Metne ze spora slimakowa u gory piana, fajna butelka zawijana w papier i nawet na butelce pomimo owijki byla etykieta po angielsku, tak wiec chyba trafilem na wersje wysylana do USA. Smak tresciwy niewyczuwalny wogole alkohol, posmak swiezych kwaskowatych jablek i mlodych brzoskwin. Wytrawnosc konkretna i mocna. Wspaniale tylko polecac wszystkim.
