6 oz pour shared at Delilah’s by the BA guys. Thanks! Pours a nice murky orange amber hue, wirh a sunfire glowing edges. A small frothy whitish head dies to a small ring and laces small. Aromas are touches of estery fruit, pears and bananas, lemons and apples. Some crisp bready malts with a definite lambic element on the backend, with some tart acidity, funky with some sweet tarts. Bread dough, some horseblanket, and hay. Big fruity element up front. Initial is fruity up front, coarse wheat bread and fruity lemons, pears, and apples. Some crisp orange peel, wet sour fruits, with some hay, straw, stale grins and growing lactic acid on the backend. Some more funkiness, a lot of lactic acid as it gets really yogurty and fruity. Decent sourness, but the acidity grows on the back of the throat. Not bad, some good lambic elements, fairly sweet up front. Not bad, but too sweet for me.

The regular paper covered green 0.75cl bottle, reviewed when fairly young (drank Sep 2011, Best before date of Jan 2015).
Poured slowly into three different glasses, the last one getting some of the sediment within it.
Two glasses of clear light amber sat in front of me, the third being a bit darker and not so clear to the eye: none had much of a head, I blame the slow pour and young age of the brew.
The smell and taste were as follows: Yeasty cooking apples with an side dish of semi-acidic pears which have began to rot because of over ripeness.
I really liked it, refreshing and different.
