Expiration date on the cap says 2018, so clearly this beer should be aged. It has a very sharp, sour and acidic flavor, unlike some of the more mellow oak-aged red/brown sours. Lots of horse blanket & vinegar. Light and crisp, with some lemon and grapefruit.

Flaska köpt på Systembolaget. Helt ok intryck av denna, men hade väntat mig en högre syra och mindre saftlik konsistens. Ok, inte mer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours muddy orange with a lively white head. Aroma of damp wood, citrus peel, lemon biscuits, lots of lactic acidity, hay. Flavours are lemon dominant, quite minerally with a very dry and acidic-sour finish. Lots of interplay between tart and earthy, woody funk. Good value beer.

Bottle from Mane Liquor split with Rich and Jackson. A lively one. Pours murky orange with a big and billowing white cap on top. Nose is quite fresh and fruit driven with loads of zest and funk - very citric. Taste is fresh and zesty with moderate funk. Loaded with lemon and lime with a nice grassiness to it. Very dry. Tasty stuff

Hazy orange looks with big and bold head on top. Lots of lacing sticks to the glass. Aroma has sour berries, green apples and lots of sour goodness! Taste is really sour too, I like! Citrus, sweeter fruits and green apples. Ending is sour and leaves a bitter and sour taste in your mouth for a long time. Medium body with high carbonation. Great sour punch in this Ale. Awesome.

750ml bottle served in a tulip glass. A: Wrapped in paper bottle. Pours a slightly hazy dark orange color forming a medium light yellow bubble and fizzy head. Medium to low retention and only few spotty lacings left in the glass. A thin layer remains for very long on the top S: Great fruitiness with notes of white grapes mainly. Sour and vinegar, nevertheless, smooth and pleasant. Notes of leather and oak. Metallic and earthy. Flowery hops. Great balance T: Very fruity upfront. Strong notes of white grapes, pale malts, vinegar, oak and leather. Mild tartness. A bit earthy and metallic. Perfect taste M: Light body. Medium carbonation. Lambic and woody aftertaste O: Excellent drinkability. One of the best sour belgian ales I’ve ever had. Extremely balanced and smooth. 7% ABV that cannot be noticed. Masterpiece [ BA Review @ 2/4/2014 ]

Sample at Ölrepublikens surölsfestival. Hazy yellow with small white head. Smell is sour funky with basement aromas, leaves, earthy notes. A little hops in smell too. Sour and dry with low carbonation. Some basement, stables and horse.
