Bottle. Really hazy gold pour with lacy white head. Light funk from the get go, peachy, lots of stonefruit, lemon, definitely some lambic fun in here. Flavor is sour, citric acidity, grainy, very smooth. Palate is medium dry, med bodied with smooth carbonation. Very easy drinking, super enjoyable.

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of tart, barnyard, horse blanket, some fruits and hint of vinegar. Taste is heavy sour and light bitter with a long dry and sour finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft to fizzy.

Bouteille 750ml. De couleur orangée et voilée. Nez de levures sauvages fruitées légèrement aigres (citron, léger de pommes vertes, traces de pamplemousse et de raisins verts vineux), légèrement terreuses et rustiques avec des notes boisées (bois humide) et quelques traces épicées et herbeuses. Moyennement ronde en bouche avec un pétillement moyen ainsi qu’une texture aux notes huileuses et vineuses. Goût asséchant de levures sauvages fruitées plus acides que sûres (citron, léger de pommes vertes, notes de pamplemousse et traces de raisins verts vineux), légèrement rustiques et aux notes épicées (poivre très doux) et terreuses lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute un léger goût boisé (bois humide, notes de fût de chêne) avec des notes de houblon herbeux. Post-goût long et sec, moyennement aigre de levures sauvages fruitées (pelures de pommes, zeste de citron) avec des petites notes herbeuses.

Golden colour. Funky sour aroma. Taste is citrusy, sour, bitter.

Draft @ Moeder Lambic Fontainas. The pour’s hazy amber with a small head. The nose is mildly acidic grape must. Lemon soda, summery fresh herbs. The taste is slightly yeasty. Some barnyard flavors. Strong lactic. Mild green apples. Somewhat bilious finish. Funky. Medium body, active carbonation. Overall, merely OK.

A weird mixture of sourness and bitterness. It has the aromas and first taste of a sour ale, but as an aftertaste you get a nice attack by a bitter element. Very interesting and very nice beer.

Big bottle. Pours haze golden orange with white head. Aroma acidic and malty, some vinegar. Taste is sour and malty, finish is a bit astringent.

clove, earthy, barnyard, citrus, dough, golden, amber, cloudy, frothy, white foam, light sweetness, lightly bitter, medium sourness, light body, creamy, average carbonation, long finish Golden amber in colour. Hazy and quick dissipating white foam. Spicy clove with citrus and earthy barnyard aromas. Sourness is quite strong initially, but recedes as you continue to sip. Earthy bitterness and a subtle sweetness in the background. Light bodied with average carbonation. Creamy mouthfeel and a dry cider like finish that lasts.

Golden pour with thick white head. Aroma is peaches, apricot, yeast, spice and citrus. Good carbonation. Slightly spicy and sour with a touch of sweetness on the finish. Really tasty.
