Also at mouder lambic. Much as M. Jackson always says, "the seduction of the presentation of Belgian brews" the unwrapping of the bottle, the basket, ooo yes. Smells bitter and of citrus fruits Flavor is sour but very dry and hoppy also. Complex. Pairs well with the dank cheese. Hops and lambik, an American beer lovers dream when traveling through Brussels. Backdoor dry but also starts dry. The middle gets lambik tartness on the tongue. Odd and excellent

Champagne style bottle from the Party Source in Bellevue KY. If anyone needs proof that the best beers in the world are from Belgium, this is it. This is a masterful, fine-drinking sour blended from two sour beers. Wonderful. I wish I was Belgian.

aroma with strawy barnyard notes. Sourish metallic wooden funky taste
with vinegary fruity notes. Mid-bodied. Sharpish, tart mouthfeel.
Dry-sourish metallic wooden barnyard aftertaste with waxy fruity
notes. Nice, drinkable, full of flavour. (0.75l bottle, from wine

Hazy yellow, retentive off-white head. Tart, fruity nose with citric touches, some acidity. Flavor is apples and tartness, acidic notes, wood. Finish has some malty touches, more citrus and acidity. Nicely balanced, first sour I kind of "get". Thanks to Phil and Anna for sharing!

The bottle slightly overflowed when we opened it, so do be careful. Pours like an dark amber/apricot.
The nose shows most of the lambic funk you expect and in between, hints of apricot and citrus fruit.
The palate shows good carbonation. Very tart and sour as expected, but I find it has somewhat of a pilsner quality as there is a hop bite/bitterness at the finish. It’s not quite noticeable for some but as a pilsner lover, it works quite well.
