Also at mouder lambic. Much as M. Jackson always says, "the seduction of the presentation of Belgian brews" the unwrapping of the bottle, the basket, ooo yes. Smells bitter and of citrus fruits Flavor is sour but very dry and hoppy also. Complex. Pairs well with the dank cheese. Hops and lambik, an American beer lovers dream when traveling through Brussels. Backdoor dry but also starts dry. The middle gets lambik tartness on the tongue. Odd and excellent

Hazy amber color with copper hue, large head, reducing to a thinner but persistent layer. The aroma of true Belgian Lambic, old dry /cellar, but also with a sweeter note. It’s very interesting how it blends the /flavors in a similar way, malty and mellow, but with a strong cellar and horseblanket character; a bit astringent in the final; candied orange peel too comes to mind. This is a very accessible but also elegant Lambic.

Bottle shared at Tht July. Hazy caramel blonde with thin white head. Sour grains, hay, quite grassy, caramel, grapes, cobwebs. Mild sour, light vegetal bitter, light minerallike saltiness. Medium body, soft carbonation. Minerallike texture, bit of old rubbery shoe otherwise quite nice.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Hazy orange pour with a white head. Notes of macerated fruit, vwhite grapes vinegar, lambic funk, baking soda and some salt. Dry and refreshing, with a bitter-sour aftertaste, high carbonation.

Nice amberish brew, bit of foam, apple juice-like. Aroma is nicely acidic, sour and autumny. Taste is the same, very nicely soured, hints of bitterness coming from fermentation I guess. I am really enjoying this, good stuff.

Bad ass blend here,. Not overtly lip suckering, just very satisfying. Light spritz. Pear, straw, melon, funk, apple.

Bottle from Tanakaya shared. Lovely tart nose with apple, gooseberry, lime and oak all working together well. Tart on the palate with a well-rounded mouthfeel and a medium body. Good carbonation with an above average tart finish. Very quaffable. Great stuff!
