Enjoyed from a 750ml bottle in a stemless wine glass. The beer pours a light copper color, with essentially no head. Notes of leather, "sweaty horse blanket," and the countryside during Spring come through in the aroma. To call it "appetizing" would be the equivalent of calling Luther "vaguely significant." The palate shows a bit of spritz up front, before a moderate sourness, more of the aforesaid Brettanomyces characteristics, light fruit notes, a slight bitterness, and a touch of lemon come through. The palate is bone dry and mouthfeel is just right. Mouthfeel is perhaps just slightly filled out by a bit of residual Pediococcus character, but it is by no means ropy. The finish is dry, lightly tart, and lightly leathery. Overall, absolutely wonderful; seemingly the earthly form of what "cuvee" should mean.

Blond. Small head disappearing fast. Some brett aromas and acidity. Could believe it’s a gueuze. Bittering is pronounced with more body than a gueuze. Acidity is normal to low.

It looks like a lambic or geuze, but is a bit darker with slightly more foam on it. The taste and smell are also like a lambic or geuze, but the sourness is somewhat milder, probably caused by the blending with a flemish old brown beer. I was not a fan of sour beer in the beginning, but this beer has me started to appreciate the sourness.

Another great sour. A very strong acid, slightly rotten fruit in the aroma and taste. Very sour finish.

750mL paper wrapped Champagne bottle BB 21/05/19 Hazy orange gold body, holds a tight white head. Elegant , complex nose; hay, oak vanillin, butter, hard cheese, Riesling-like minerality, grapefruit & lime. Medium body, lively carbonation, good acidity with plenty of length. Plenty to enjoy on the palate; juicy citrus & unripe melon, hay, white wine vinegar, Parmesan, white pepper, minerals, dust/must. Finishes long, satisfyingly tart. Top notch sour.

Champagne style bottle from the Party Source in Bellevue KY. If anyone needs proof that the best beers in the world are from Belgium, this is it. This is a masterful, fine-drinking sour blended from two sour beers. Wonderful. I wish I was Belgian.

Big offwhite head. Clear amber body with carbonation. Funky wooden aroma with strawy barnyard notes. Sourish metallic wooden funky taste with vinegary fruity notes. Mid-bodied. Sharpish, tart mouthfeel. Dry-sourish metallic wooden barnyard aftertaste with waxy fruity notes. Nice, drinkable, full of flavour. (0.75l bottle, from wine monopoly, Norway, somewhere.)

Sour beer with bits of hoppiness. Horseblanket present. Very Nice beer. But overly carbonated.

Hazy yellow, retentive off-white head. Tart, fruity nose with citric touches, some acidity. Flavor is apples and tartness, acidic notes, wood. Finish has some malty touches, more citrus and acidity. Nicely balanced, first sour I kind of "get". Thanks to Phil and Anna for sharing!
