Clear blond beer, small irregular white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: bit sweet, fruity, peaches, bit hoppy, but only slightly. MF: soft carbon, light body. Taste: little malty, slightly fruity, hoppy bitterness, not a lot going on in here. Aftertaste: pretty dry, some citrus, little alcohol noticeable. At 5.2 ABV, well done! Sigh...

Almost clear golden color, with white head.
Aroma grainy malts, buckwheat, spice.
Thin to medium body.
Taste grainy malts and buckwheat, fruits, some spices and notes of hops..

Bouteille 25cl @ 7ième édition bière Namuroise. Merci Mickey.
Dorée, claire, mousse fine blanche.
Bière au profile prononcé de sarrasin, le tout avec un léger houblon citronné.
Une pils sèche, avec notes d’épices une une haute effervescence, malt pale. Fruité allant vers la pomme.
Léger mais sans plus qui reste trop carbonnée.

Very pale golden beer with a small white rim. Ciderish nose, pale malts and acetylaldehyde (green apple’ ester).
