(Bottled) Hazy dark orange color with a medium head. Slightly acidic and papery aroma with sahti-like bananas. Sourish-acidic, lemony-malty flavor. Medium-bodied, very creamy-foamy-carbonated and sharp palate. A raw and foamy tripel-like brew. Not very balanced or complex. I’ll pass.

Bottle (33 cl) from beerplanet.be. Clear golden, medium white head. Nutty and bready malt aroma, slightly sugary. Medium bodied, medium to high carbonation. Semi dry with medium bitterness.

Bottle. Pours apricot. White head. Nose/taste of dried ancient fruit, fig pie, raisin, barley and water taffy. Thick barley and fig mouth feel. Full body.

From a 33 cl bottle in Brussels, Belgium august 2011. Gaolden, hazy with a big head. Hoppy with some fruit aromas. Hoppy sweet taste with some bread flavors.

Bottle. Yellow beer, white head. Fruity hoppy aroma, some perfume. Bready spicy flavor.

Couleur dorée présentant un léger trouble, col blanc.
Arôme est doux quasi mielleux et tend à rappeler la signature de Silly que je retrouve dans la Double Enghien. Malté avec un léger caramel mais aussi bonne présence de levure.
En bouche, une bière finement fruitée, sec et douce, malt et caramel, sucre candi et épais. Amertume est légère avec une touche de grain, malt cara/pils.

Beer at home. Inviting gold body with big head. Nose is fruity, sweet and yeasty. Taste is also fruits, spices, malts and citrus notes. Pretty good.

Pale yellow of color with a foamy white head. An aroma of spice, dry and no sweets. A flavor of spice and dry.

Bottle. pale blonde, pours a huge head. Soft malty, flowery aroma. Malty sweetish flavor with flowery hops, slightly perfumed. Hint of citrus, Well balanced and quite drinkable, just a bit alcoholic ale.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a crispy/fluffy white head. Yeasty slight apple fruity aroma. Mild citric and mellow yeasty with a mild fruity note into and mild spiced and bitter finish. Dry and slight woody into the far finish.
