Not strong in the noise, light sour, fruity, hoppy. Small body, but nice in the mouth. The beer is light bitter and hoppy, with a sour fresh touch. It does'nt drink like a "real" tripel, it is only 7,5% which is low. It therefore a very refreshing tripel. The aftertaste is light and not very long, with again a light bitterness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle 75cl, a clear yellow beer with huge head and good retention. Nose is on wheat notes and belgian yeast. Aroma is on cereals, grain and honey, dry feeling, vinous and champagne notes, grass. Less complex, ok but nothing more.

Fruity floral aroma. Huge white head . Big carbonation. Nice fruit and citrus. Floral and spice. Light body that hides alcohol well. Really tasty

75cl bottle. Clear orange/yellow with small to medium head. Nose : yeast, hay, citrus notes, apricot and banana. Sip : creamy texture, good carbonation, low to medium density. Sweet but not cloying, interrupted by dry and delicate sour flavors of fruits and esters. It has a rally delicate bitter hops, mostly aromatic herbal and flower. Well balanced and seams they worked more to bring up the hop flower aromas. They made a good work but still, nothing exciting.
