Haven’t rated in a bit. Seemed proper to do one on U.S. National Beer Day! Pours a murky lake of golden with a good-sized off-white head that retains for about a minute. Nose of soap, bubblegum. Big malt and candi sugar sweetness. More yeast. Medium/high carbonation and medium body. Not bad; fairly typical for the style.

01-13-2015 - This is a funny beer, with a funny bottle. Not bad, but will only drink it once.

250ml bottle. Clear golden color. Tiny size, white head, disappears. Sweet malts, faint herbal, touch of yeast, honey and some minerals in aroma. Sweet malts, honey, faint fruity taste. Crisp mouthfeel. Sweet malts and honey in aftertaste. Bit unusual one.

From tap@Delirium. Clear yellow white color with a small white head. Nose:malty, sugarish, touch of candy, yeast. Taste: very malty to grainy, sweet, streak of candy, soft and finish is very short lived. Very wattery body, although still 7%..after not tried this for many years... this is a disappointment

20.9.2014. Aroma of yeast, honey, caramel, spices. Tastes floral fruitiness, citrus, some dry hoppy finish. Easy to drink, quite simple.

Les Fleurs du Malt, Lyon tap: Pours blonde with a white head. Aroma is fruity with peaches or something like that... maybe some honey and bubblegum. Taste is sweet and fruity. Low bitterness. Kind of dry finish. Not bad.
