Pours hazy golden, thin white head. Aroma is very Belgian. Coriander, cloves and candi sugar.
Flavour is quite simple. Bit metallic, grainy. Warm alcohol, sugary sweet. There is a faint mustiness, herbs. Dry finishing with lingering coriander.
Perhaps this bottle is quite old, but it seems all about the dryness and yeast character.

UPDATED: OCT 26, 2011 Bottle - pours a bold, hazy golden yellow. Flavour is a sweet, but spicy malt flavor, lots of hops, with a variety of fruit. Decent Belgian Strong, but there are much better ones.

Bottle 25cl. Amber beer well balanced, nice malty aroma, some orange / honey taste (like "printemps" beer). There is no wheat flavour at all. Good beer but too expensive.

Belgian-witt like cloudy yellow appearance, nice frothy cream head. Definitely does not look like the run of the mill strong ale. Striking grainy aroma, perhaps touches of tart wheat. Zesty and zingy. Subdued yeastiness. Probably more akin to a Belgian Ale. Wheaty and grainy flavor. Not much yeast or other flavors. Fairly clean and very lager-like. Some alcohol after-breath. This beer is lacking.

On draft at the brick store. Pours a translucent dark straw with thin brilliant white head. Aroma and flavor has a bready quality. Fruitiness in the nose becomes defined as banana and lemon rind in the flavor. Can’t say I actually thought too much of this. And way expensive. The name and logo were better than the beer.

Bottle: pours hazy gold. Citrusy and fruity, bitter in the finish. Not a bad brew, but less interesting than I was hoping for.

Poured a clear golden with medium white head. No lacing. Smells of some citrus, raspberry, and malt. Taste is of malt, tangerine, and a creamy mouthfeel although a bit thinner than other BSAs I’ve had. Pretty good brew.

This blonde ale poured with a thin off-white head and a malty aroma. There is a thin caramel malt flavor that is slightly carbonated.

25cl bottle poured into a Chimay Trappist glass. Sparkling gold with modest white head. Aroma is bubblegum. Flavor is bubblegum and slight alcohol. Nice brew.
