3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Poured pale yellow / amber with slight white head. Aroma was a mix of ester, spice and grass. Full bodied with plenty of carbonation. The flavour starts with a light but pleasant foretaste with some fruit (banana & citrus), sweet malt and maybe some vanilla, leading into a spicy taste (coriander?) and on to quite a bitter finish. Overall it’s a pretty decent drink, but the balance isn’t quite right. For this type of beer, the main tastes are just to light and they do not well balance the somewhat harsh (alcohol?) and bitter tastes.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Slighty hazy gloden hue, with a small white head, sweet honeyed pale malt, with a wet grainy malt and hay nose, with a subtle vanilla spiciness, some candi sugar, kind of a corny aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a sweet grainy, honeyed pale malt character, with a mild wet, corny accent, a shy flowery hop note, and a subtle vanilla spiciness, leading towards a malty, lingering citrus hop bitterness finish.
