Clear medium amber orange color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, nutty, cellar, dusty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (120408)

May 24, 2008 Bottle. It’s a clear, dark golden beer with a beige head. Malty aroma with caramel, some roasted malt and a vague fruityness. Malty, roasted, toffeeish flavor with a decent bitterness. Nice carbonation level, and a bitter and malty finish. Sure a decent bitter, but there’s nothing special to it. (080412)

Apr 16, 2008 Tasting my place. Courtesy of Yngwie & Gunnfryd. Orange-golden with a creamy head. The aroma is light with notes of malt and caramel, and the flavour has a very light, more dry bitterness and notes of caramel, malt and fruit. In the finish I find hints of licorice.

Apr 15, 2008 Pale amber of color with an off white head. An roma of hay, caramel and hops. A flavor of caramel, hay and dust.
