Was excited to try this being a Nelson single hop, or at least I’m told (maybe just the dry hop is Nelson?). Anyway, pours hazy yellow with creamy white head. Aroma is medicore lemon peel and pine hops. Flavor follows, watered down, with decent enough lemon peel and pine flavors. Doesn’t really get to the tropical fruitiness that I expect from this hop. Just too light and watered down. With that said, perfectly drinkable and not unpleasant in the least. Worth drinking in the hot summer sun.

Crowler courtesy of Paul. Pours a bright hazy orange Amber body with thin refined white lacing. Aroma is bright fresh citrus. Mouthfeel is super grainy with some bright citrus following.

My Bottom Line:
Oranges, wet sand and grassy resins surf this Session IPA’s slender profile for a quenching experience.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam covers the pale amber.
-While this is quite good, I much prefer their Freewheel’s hop signature and quieter cereals.
-A touch of caramel doesn’t jive with the hop profile.
-Mouthfeel is lean and bubbling is soft. This is very drinkable.

On tap at the brewery taproom.

At Pegs , pours a light tutu Orange color with no head. Nose is tropical citrus , and pleasantly so. Taste is full of citrus, with a predominance of peach. Finish is sweet citrus with a moderately long finish. Quaff Score 8 / 10

On tap at the brew house -- a hazy light straw color. Hint of citrus from hops. A great balance of hops to malt to showcase the hops but not overpower the light sessionable malt profile.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, toasted malty and light breadish. Toasted malty and citrusy fruity. Lingering fruity into a mild yet bitter finish.
