Draft at the brewery taproom during RBWG 2015. Pours deep black-brown with a creamy topping. Toasted cereal abounds, with secondary chocolate notes. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Well roasted malts in the finish, some dark fruits, cocoa. Nice.

Sample on tap at the brewery during RBWG. Dark brown red color. thin ring of of-white head, dots and bits of lace. Nice milk chocolate, wheat creaminess. Moderate sweet taste, light to moderate bitter. Nice fuller body, kind of slick. A very solid wheat porter.

Pours a deep brownish black on tap with creamy tan brown head that leaves moderate lace. Aroma of sweet chocolate and lactose over nice roast. Taste follows, nice creamy mouth with solid carbonation. Good porter.

At Cycle Brewing in downtown St Pete with Zachary, Bran and Audrie, pours a pitch mahogany black pot with a small Java head. Nose is all chocolate and coffee. Taste is deep chocolate malt and coffee. Finish is sweet and moderately long. Great porter. Quaff Score 8 / 10

Sample at Peg’s Cantina. Dark brownish-black color with a medium foamy tan head that diminishes gradually. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee and chocolate. Light-bodied with flavors of creamy coffee, chocolate and roast malt. The finish is sweet with a lingering roasty malt aftertaste. Above average overall.
