UPDATED: JUN 15, 2011 New comment: This beer can be very fresh and very good in the bottle, with a positively creamy feel with a great head, and very quality, like a good German beer, not a Polish one. Original:The cousin to Niskopasteryzowane. I think it is better. The is a more trad Dort for my tastebuds; the malt shines through well - soft sourdough bread in abundance in the flavor (fresh and toasted, so you get a little sugar), gentle spicy and flowery hop acidity. The aroma is nicer too as it doesn’t attack you, just pils malt and hops. Palate is good, right in the middle, still has life if you swirl it. A good lager - mine is quite fresh, best before 12/2010 - the freshest I’ve had yet of Czarnkow.
