On tap, pivovarsky klub, 38czk/0.3l. Hazy light yellow body with low head. Aroma is yeasty with light spicy belgian background. Taste has light smoke maltiness, wheat sweetness. Bacon aftertaste. Pretty soft on the balance. Body full, high carbonation.

Aroma of wheat, yeast, citrus, smoked grains. Flavour is similar, slightly tart, with a dry smokey finish. Really enjoyable.

Draft at the brew pub. Very pale hazy yellow pour. Thin white head. Very smoky hay aroma. Similar flavor with notes of dried fruit. A little but tart. Dry with a bitter hop finish. Very enjoyable.

Special in November 2010. Hazy straw. The aroma is smoky, with hints of yoghurty tartness. Smokey, salty, sour and full-bodied. Creamy and maybe a little bit spicy. What a cool beer - my first grodiziskie beer, too. I’m not sure how many have even been made anywhere on earth in the last 20 years.

Draft @ brewpub, Nov 2010. Pale and hazy gold with a thick head. Smells tangy yeast and well-smoked. Sweet and grainy aroma. Soft palate, slightly sticky. Lingering smokey wood finish. Different, herbal hop and leafy finish. Nutty, healthy, fresh, yeasty, and tasty. Great fun.
