Bottle, at ZBF 2006. Hazy lemon gold, good white head and moderate condition. Good restrained lemon citrus wheatiness in the nose, subtle lemon sweet and spritzy tonic water notes in the mouth, lingering delicate lemon citrus in the finish.

Prague-07. Golden-orange colour, slightly hazy. Small but dense white head with great retention. Intense floral aroma of apples and honey. Taste was way too sweet, but with nice hoppy bitterness.

From a small 100ml champagne glass. Pale golden coloured with a huge sparkling white head. Weak sweet and sparkling lemony dishwash aroma and taste. Hardly finish the bottle.

Bottle. Attractive arromas, floral pefirme, spice and maltsy. Odd soapy sweet body which I wasnt too keen on. Conflicting feelings over this one.

Bottled at ZBF and given out by Lorenzo from BBB. Hazed gold. Small white head. Nose is dried fruits and flowers with sweet notes and a touch of herbal notes. Taste is spicy and herbal with sweet malts and sort of like perfumey hand soap. Body is bubbly and dry in spots. Ends much like you’d expect once tasted - perfumey and slightly herbal with some fruit notes and semi-sweet maltiness.

Huge snow-white head, effervescent over slightly hazy light-golden beer. SUPERB lunaria nose, incredibly perfumey and delicate. Sweet apple juice-like taste, with a near indigestible amount of restsugars. Near cloying MF, awful. WHY is it, that a beer that smells só good and inviting, can prove so commercially infantile in taste?

Bottled. Yellow unclear colour. Dense off white head. Quite sweet and sparkling aroma. Light spices. Flavour is malty and spiced with some light notes of herbs. Is medium bodied. Has some light bitter notes in the end.

Wow. This came in a BOTTLE and is a specialty brew of the house (not on tap). Cost a fair bit of money by Prague standards. It’s a bit herbal and did not taste of champagne at all, as far as I could tell. It’s weird and I wouldn’t recommend it, unless you’re like me and just like trying weird beers.

Pours a reddish amber with a off-white head. They told me this was an herb beer, didn’t tell me what kind of herbs, but at least they gave me an idea of what to expect. Very earthy with a kinda scented oil mustiness to it. I wasn’t really fond of the aroma, but the taste was a bit better. Started sweet and earthy, but the really nice thing was that the funky soapiness from the aroma didn’t show so strongly in the flavor. Very dry tasting with a nice bitter finish.

Golden, almost pink colour. Very weak head. Smelled like some cheap sparkling wine. Sparkling mouthfeel, sweet and thin. Couldn’t finish the bottle.
