COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This premium organic beer upholds our Belgian tradition of brewing excellence lasting more than 900 years. Daas Blond is an authentic Belgian strong golden beer. The honey spice aromas and perfect balance of bittersweet flavours are followed by a classic dry hop finish. Second fermentation occurs in the bottle to mature and carbonate the beer naturally.

Bottle. An unclear, orange-yellown gusher topped by a small, dense, white head. Oranges and lemon peel, some yeast and pale malts in the aroma. Medium body, pleasantly carbonated, with flavors of oranges and lemon. Not much maltyness, but some white sugar blends in. Some bitterness in the very end. Nothing really wrong with this one, except that it’s super boring, but at least it drinks easily. 130504

Bottle. Hazy yellow color. Aroma: Metal, honey and sirup. Taste: Pretty hoppy, bready and crispy. The palate is aggressive and dry, as you would expect from the style. The bottle I got was very lively. I don’t find this one impressive by any means, but it’s not unpleasant either. Quite refreshing for the style.
