COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This premium organic beer upholds our Belgian tradition of brewing excellence lasting more than 900 years. Daas Blond is an authentic Belgian strong golden beer. The honey spice aromas and perfect balance of bittersweet flavours are followed by a classic dry hop finish. Second fermentation occurs in the bottle to mature and carbonate the beer naturally.

Bottle from mybrewerytap.com. Hazy blond, some residue. Apricots and peaches, but there is sourness from the yeast and dryness from the hops to give a nice balance. A little barnayrd, too, bordering on a saison.

rauchbier (3205) - Isle Of Beer, Lincolnshire, ENGLAND - NOV 7, 2009
Bottle, from Waitrose Lincoln. Hazy gold, good lasting white head and good condition. Quite spirity and flowery in the aroma with hints of yeast and a faint wheatiness, a little thin in the mouth with a gentle wheaty sweetness and a touch of phenol and yeast, lingering sweet finish with a little flowery hoppiness and retronasal alcohol

Bottle courtesy of Barry (friend) cheers mate, consumed 26-09-09 Pours gold with plenty of busy carbonation going on. Aroma is a touch metallic and clean. Sweet malty taste, alcohol shows, there is a touch of spice and vanilla, its fine enough. A6 A4 A6 P3 Ov13 3.2

Blond. A golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma malt, fruit, yeast, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of fruit, malt, and yeast, as well as light notes of citrus, leading to a dry yeasty finish.

Bottled. A hazy ginger blonde coloured beer with a lasting white head and lacing. A thin and yeasty aroma. Pleasant spicy hoppiness in the mouth with more yeasty notes. A bit simple but a harmless Belgian ale.
