2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 JPDIPSO (4957) - Wauwatosa, USA - JAN 15, 2004
Very pale straw color with a white wispy big bubbled head. Light grass and malt aromas. Some lace. Initial dry malt flavors, followed by a Light bitterness and touch of kraft paper. I've had one other low carb brew and this one blows that "Green 33" out of the water or lauter tun. This would be a very good hot day quencher. At least as far a low cal., low carbs go. A touch fizzy and seems to loss flavor as it goes.

Shared with Barrios at Woody’s. Bottle had to be at least a year old. Pours a near clear gold with thin ring of white head. Nose of vanilla and light grain. The flavor profile is mainly cardboard, very grainy, and astringent. Thin body with massive carbonation and a metallic ’tinny’ finish.

Has a honey gold pour with a few bubbles that wisp away quickly, a little more color then your typical Pale Lager, honey sweetness, grain and dry bread aromas, I was taken back by how much honey sweetness appeared, flavor was some malt with hardly any malt sweetness, the finish has a bite that was a little rough, has a watery mouth feel, a decent nose but off on the palate, certainly not as bland as most Low Carb beers.

bottle. Ok its not that bad for a low carb beer but if I can’t drink a real beer...... is life worth living.

1.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20 nick76 (3583) - Tampa, Florida, USA - MAR 24, 2007
Let me start off by saying this is not a good beer. However, as low carb beers go it’s not bad. The aroma has water, caramel malt, and toffee. The appearance is pale gold with a small head. The flavor is rather dry considering the sweet malty aroma. There is some bitterness but it’s not like a hop bitterness. The palate is thin. There is not that much going on here but it’s not offensive.
1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 maniac (3474) - Baltimore, Maryland, USA - MAR 15, 2007
Clear slightly fizzy pale yellow body with a small creamy off-white head. Light honey aroma. Dry honey flavor with some light grassy hops in the background, somewhat watery.
1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20 STEPHENDR (478) - California, USA - OCT 30, 2006
Clear yellow appearance – thin white head - nose of melon , skunk , rice , grass , and hay – taste of nothing like water that is ditty maybe rice , or corn ??/ - flat dry body – aftertaste slightly sweet, and bitter I guess low carb equals no taste.
