I tried this beer on August 17, 2007 at ’Smokeless Joe’ in Toronto. The beer poured a gold translucent colour into official DAB glasswear. The head was white and thin. The aroma was mild and slightly hoppy. The mouthfeel was mild, with medium carbonation. The flavour was sharp, malty with citrusy tones.

I love to cool down my beer sinking the bottle into an Alpine river! Light blond color. Some malt aroma. The mouthfeel is dry, with some more malt than the average Lager, and a quite strong bitterness. Drinkable.

Dab is a gentle beer that doesn’t stand out in any way. Its a step above all the light colored pilseners that clog up the shelves

I thought this was a very good ’drinking beer’.A drinker could most eazy drink barrels of DAB.Not really flash or exciting .I like how the subtle hops are dry with resin.I really likes that .

Pours a nice amber sort of color, maybe dark golden. Very clear, and with a medium white head. Aroma is faintly corn, with a bit of hops. Flavor is cornlike, and slightly sour, in a nice way, and tiny little bit of caramel. It’s pretty watery, with medium carbonation.

slight floral aroma. Pours a light pale yellow with foamy head. Slight malts, some saltiness, grainy finish.

[446-20070726] Sample @ LCBO-Summerhill. Barnyard aroma smells like peed-upon wheatsheafs. Clear, light yellow body with a quick foamy white head. Light wheat flavour initially finishes ’nice’ and sweet. Light-medium body. Not impressive.
