UPDATED: JAN 24, 2007 Above average German pilsener. I kind of like it, though I’m not ecstatic. Easily drinkable.

Bottled (green). Skunk wasn’t too bad. Clear fizzy yellow pour with healthy foamy white head. Doesn’t really have an aroma. Grainy flavor with a bit of veggie/corn. Healthy bitterness. Can’t seem to make up its mind that it wants to be a Pilsner. Not terrible.

Good pilsener, nice bitter/dry end. The name is like a cheap pilsener, though I must say it’s actually quite okay for a pilsener.

Bottle. [Courtesy of nicolascage, session @ Ølbaren] Large egg-white head that mostly lasted. Good lacework. Clear sparkling body with a yellow color. Aroma of grass, caramel, hay. Light bodied with an average carbonation and light dry texture. Light bitter and sweet flavor. Light dry and bitter finish. 18-09-2007, Thanks Lars!

Great ’Middle-of-the-Road’German beer. I really enjoyed the mini kegs of this stuff in the German Supermarkets. It made my lunch hours in Hannover more bearable.

Classic german pilsener i guess. Nothing special. Hoppy, bitter, that’s all i’ve to say about german pilseners.

The bottle looks not really good, a little bit too old. The beer in the glass looks really good. Fine foam. The beer starts very spicy and keeps this taste to the end. Very good!

Bottle. Yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma and flavour of malt and hops with herbal notes.

Bottle. Clear golden colour with a medium white head. Sweet malty aroma and taste. Hardly no bitterness. Very drinkable. Watery.

(Draught) Golden colored, big white head. Hops in aroma dominating, fruits also there. Thin to medium bodied. Flavor is more fruity with also nice crispy hops, still slightly watery palate. Aftertaste is nicely drying and hoppy with hayish touch.
