Pours deep orange reddish cloudy yeasty. with white to beige head. Aroma is peanuts, potatoes, citrus and some grass.Palate is crispy, mouthful medium-bodied. Carbonation is mouthful, soft and smooth. Taste is sweetish, but sour and tart, wheat malty, yeasty. Finish is flat dry, with sweet licorice, malts and fruity with plums and citrus flavors. Overall, this is rather an oddball Weizen", It is sweet, smells odd, and is still quite tart. Could be it’s infected. Interesting in a way, but need another sample. This far, it is an average Weizen beer with strange flavors.
