Orange color, dense head. Yeasty banana aroma. Sweetish, rather herbal flavor with lots of banana, flowing into a yeasty, vegetable-bitter finish.

Mild hefiger Beginn. Das Weizen bleibt leider auch im Mittelteil laff, die Hefigkeit wird etwas dunkler. Dann noch milder, nur eine geringe Herbe ist noch vorhanden. Keine Fruchtigkeit, keine sonstige Würzigkeit. Wirklich langweilig. 10/6/7/7/11/6

Bottle 50cl from Quack-duck thanks. A cloudy amber brown beer with good head. Nose is on weizen yeast. Aroma is weizen like and astringent, fruit side is medium to low. The beer is sweet with toasted notes and a hopy finish, pleasant weizen.

Bottle 50cl. Pours cloudy amber coloured brew whith small floaties. Huge white foam, liverly carbonation. Fruity nose, yeasty roughness, refreshing aftertaste. Its a real Dachs, plays in the Ayinger and Schneider league. Great beer!

(bottle) Hazy, deep orange to amber colour with a huge and persistent off-white foamy head. Sweet malty and sourish wheaty aroma with restrained fruity (banana) notes but strong phenolic (cloves, nutmeg) spices. Slightly tart and bitter flavour with a mild malty sweetness, light to medium bodied, soft carbonation. Moderately wheaty and fruity taste with cloves and a shy tinge of hops; sourish and slightly tart yeasty and hop bitter finish. A tad too spicy for my liking, otherwise a decent Ur-Weisse (07.VIII.09).

Light orange colored with hazy appearance. Medium sized yellow head. Spicy and fruity banana aroma, yeast also here. Thin to medium bodied. Flavor is more hopped with some grains and banana, aftertaste turns to spicy with some weird perfumy hops still.

Bottle (by kind permission of joss !) Hazy, amber coloured, yeasty-wheaty nose with a sourish clovey touch, quite stable small foamy layer; moderate sweet fruity-sourish flavour, light to medium bodied; slightly acidic finish with a touch of yeast. O.K., not earth-shaking........

Bottle. Dark cloudy amber, golden head, plentiful carbonation. Bready and clovelike aroma with a few tart grain notes. Ryebread base, banana and fish-sauce flavoring for some reason - in fact I suddenly feel like having Thai food tonight. Good chewy body, sparkly mouthfeel. Bread and banana aftertaste.
