MartinT (4781), Montreal, Quebec, Canada Aug 28, 2005 The Lure: Lofty foam from the bottle settling onto a rich fruit salad. Citrus hops play along with the straw and sweet yeast. Smells like quality malt extraction.
The Festivities: Flowery honey notes and hay maltiness evolve into candied softness. A low carbonation and a peaceful flavor interplay create a comfortable mouthfeel. Adequately sustaining.
Transcendence: A proud knight on his choice steed.
ogivlado (2870), Zagreb, Croatia Jun 9, 2009 Bottled(500ml). -Clear golden coloured, medium sized white head, slight grainy nose. Slight malty, quite bitter hoppy and flowery with touch of caramel in the finish. Remindes me on Lobkowicz Kniže. Doggythedog (1310), Split, Croatia Jun 8, 2009 0.5l bottle courtesy of and shared with ogivlado who brought it from the Czech Republic (thanks!) Poured a golden body with a medium sized thick white head that went away fast. Slightly buttery light grainy nose. The taste is light as well, grainy, hoppy bitterness, slightly sweetish. Fresh and kinda tasty but a bit too watery. serkoptato (32), Budapest, Hungary Dec 29, 2008 Eredetileg Kutna Hora söre, de mivel az ottani sörgyár is a Drinks Unionhoz tartozik, ebben a szédült világban már nem derül ki a címkéről, hogy ott, avagy Usti nad Labem-ben főzik. Maga a sör mindezzel együtt hozza a Csehországban kötelező formát színre, illatra, ízre. Csillogóan tükrös, méz-színű, testes, kellemesen keserű, dolgos férfiembernek való itóka. swooper (329), Kladno, Czech Republic Aug 22, 2008 golden, clear, very bitter, full body, soft carbonation, bitter, very good lager, maybe heineken dont desroy and or broken old technology of brewing in this brewery i hope oh6gdx (7422), Vasa, Finland Jul 3, 2008 Bottled.
