| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 28, 2005 The Lure: Lofty foam from the bottle settling onto a rich fruit salad. Citrus hops play along with the straw and sweet yeast. Smells like quality malt extraction.
The Festivities: Flowery honey notes and hay maltiness evolve into candied softness. A low carbonation and a peaceful flavor interplay create a comfortable mouthfeel. Adequately sustaining.
Transcendence: A proud knight on his choice steed. Papsoe (14982), Frederiksberg, Denmark

Very dark golden, very full-bodied with a rather unusual burned edge, odd for a pilsener. But nice indeed - naturally.
