Refreshing and bitter. Very sparkling (at least compared to the cask ale I had just before). [7-3-7-3-14=3.4]

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Aug 20, 2003 Combines the hopping of a Bohemian Pils with all the "maltiness" of VB. Typical golden BoPils colour, with possibly the shortest lasting head I've seen. Aroma is very cidery with a faint hint of hops. Flavour is quite nice and bitter, but lacking in malt, thus out of balance (perhaps more like a very bitter German Pils). OK, but there's heaps better.
