Sample at the brewpub. The beer is a hazy yellow-gold color with a thin and foamy white head that diminishes to an outer ring quickly. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus and wheat. Light body with flavors of wheat, mild spices and sweet fruit. The finish is sweet with a citrusy aftertaste. Pretty average overall.

Pour on tap at the brewery, very hazy but light yellow pour with thin to no head, aroma brought notes of slight grain, biscuit and hints of vanilla, some wet grain notes, touch of acidic notes and slight orange. Taste is a slightly off mix of biscuit and vanilla, touch of wet grain and citrus, finishing fairly dry but not much going on.

Draft at Dad & Dude’s. Pours a pale yellow with a fluffy white head. Hazy. Nose is bready wheat malts, faint herbal hop notes. Not a lot going on. On tasting, some cracker malts and wheat. More of the light bitterness. Pretty light and okay, just not my bag.

On tap at brewpub. Pale straw yellow with a tight but small head, lots of lace. Smells of wheat, some hoppy resin and a touch of citrus rind. Delightfully easy to drink with lively carbonation. Tastes of wheat, some grassy hop with a finis like wheaty citrus. Light body but with an assertive flavor profile.

On tap @ brewpub. Light whitish yellow appearance with a frothy white head that really looks like a witbier. Sweet, slightly bready, wheat malty nose with light yeast. Soft, almost velvety mouth feel. Refreshing, light wheat malty, somewhat floral, mildly citrusy flavor with some slight sourness. Citrusy, lightly sour aftertaste. Pretty good offering.
