I’m not sure if I love this beer or hate this beer - hazy gold - lasting head - not sure if everything happening here is intentional - creamy mouthfeel - a moderate sourness, bready notes, and an oaky, cask-like flavor, with light vanilla sweetness on the tail end - the tiniest bit of buttery quality in the finish - lingering bready heft and light oxidation, mild hops - it actually all works together quite well, whether it is intentional of not - is this what ipas taste like in England? - probably not, but I am glad I tried this, as it is quite unlike most beers I have ever had.
