3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
16oz Can. The pour was a hazy reddish orange with an average (1-2 finger) off white frothy head that was mostly lasting, reducing to a thin cap with good sheets of streaky lacing.
The aroma was of a light biscuit malt, pine hops and a moldy yeast with notes of caramel, citrus (grapefruit and orange peel) and a light fruity ester.
The taste was mildly malty and a tad sweet with a hint of caramel and a slight fruitiness early on, and then become moderately hoppy with shot of grapefruit and a bitter citrus peel finish. The flavor hung on for a good long time proceeding the swallow with a bitter citrus peel taste left lying on the taste buds.
Mouthfeel was just past light in body and extremely dry in texture with a carbonation that was just past medium.
Overall this was a very tasty IPA, with a strong bitter hoppy presence that was offset nicely by a mild fruity sweetness...

4.5 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
On tap at hops and pie. Dark orange almost read with a lasting white head. Sticky lacing. Strong pine forest danky hop nose with a hint of caramel. Herbal and spicy with a heavy citrus kick throughout. Finished is a resinous dry hoppiness. A lot of dank hop aroma and flavor throughout. Pretty warming. I would rate this higher if it was a little more bitter throughout, although the heavy dry hopped flavor provides an interesting change of pace.

4.5 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Can poured into shaker. Copper colored and bright. Lasting sticky white head. Super pine grapefruit nose. One of the most well balanced IPAs I have ever had. Hints of caramel/toffee back and forth with grapefruit. Finish was my favorite. Huge fan of dry hopped brews. This was clearly heavily dry hopped. Little to no grassy notes on the nose. pleasant and lasting resinous after bite. Dangerous IPA as it was easily quaffable. I would compare this to a dry hopped Dales Pale Ale.

4.6 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
Beautiful copper color. Lasting mostly-white head. Sticky lacing throughout. Initial punch to the nose of pine and grapefruit. Secondary sniff a subtle hint herb. Medium body. Begins with a citrus punch then mellows to a hint of caramel and finishes with a hefty dry-hopped resin kick. Medium warmth throughout. However, strange ability to session this. It will sneak up on you.
Really enjoyed this beer. A refreshing take on a style oozing with excessive alpha acidity.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Thanks to errl for sharing this bottle. Golden pour with a white head. The aroma is very sweet for an IPA. The flavor is more IPA like. I get some dank hop character as well as some orange and a bit of sugar. Low bitterness. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours orange with little head. Medium bodied and dirty mouthfeel. Has some floral aromas, but they are overwhelmed by the pine and resin character.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pint at the brewpub with a hop flower floating in it. Pours red with a white head. The aroma is enhanced by the hop. It’s piney and minty. The palate is a little sticky and fairly full bodied. Hop flavor doesn’t really get complex or developed. There’s a strong note of lemons and lozenges. Finish is a little sweet. It’s decent enough.

16 oz can from Coral Bay in Greeley. Pours a coppery orange with a white head leaving some spots of lace. Aroma has sweet fruits, citrus, pine and caramel. Taste is of caramel, spicy spruce, bitter grapefruit and a lot of resin. Medium bodied and sticky. Finishes long and bittersweet. A very solid ipa.
