Pour on tap at the brewery, dark red pour with thin white head, aroma brought notes of biscuit, caramel, some pine, toffee notes, hints of onion and grapefruit as well. Taste is definitely summit hop, a garlic/onion note with some pine, grapefruit and biscuit, some caramel, toffee and earth notes, finishing fairly bitter.
